How it works
One pack per question.
- 01
You name the question.
On a briefing call. A label change, a rival's new spot, a brief, a pitch: each starts with a question. The clock starts when the briefing is final.
- 02
We pull the evidence.
Public patient, caregiver, or practitioner discourse, the label, and competitors' public materials.
- 03
You get the pack.
5 to 8 pages, every quote sourced and dated, every claim mapped to the label. And if you'd like, we're happy to walk you through it in 30 minutes.
Questions a pack can answer
- What do caregivers carry that patients never say out loud?
- What makes physicians hesitate before they prescribe?
- A rival just launched a new spot. What does it promise that our label can't?
- Where is every competitor saying the same thing, and what's left to own?
- Which of our claims do patients actually repeat, and which do they ignore?
- What do patients in the new indication already say about living with it?
- What does this category believe that isn't true?
- How are NPs and PAs talking about the new data?
One audience per pack: patients, caregivers, physicians, or NPs and PAs. HCP packs draw on public physician, NP, and PA discussion, published commentary, guidelines, and FDA advisory transcripts. Closed communities like Sermo and Doximity are out of reach, and we'll tell you what that leaves out. Need more than one? A three-pack covers any three audiences or three questions for $9,500.
What's in it
Evidence you can defend.
- Summary. The findings that matter for your question, each with a confidence level.
- What patients say. Themes, with source, date, and platform on every quote.
- What the label allows. Your claims and your competitors', side by side.
- Where they meet. Where patient language and the label agree, and where they don't.
- Sources and method. Every citation, and how we screened.
What it isn't.
No strategy. No recommendations. No creative. The evidence is the product; the decisions stay with your team.
Built for the moments that can't wait
Name the question. We aim the evidence at it.
For brands
- Label change or new indication. What you can say now, and what patients in the new indication already say.
- Competitive response. A rival's approval or new spot, read and cited before Monday's meeting.
- Annual plan. The evidence base for the situation analysis.
For agencies
- Creative brief. The patient truth and the claim limits, ready to drop in.
- Pitch prep. The evidence you don't have time to gather during a pitch.
- Onboarding after a win. The category, read.
- A new therapeutic area. Credibility before your first client there.
White-label friendly. Credit is your call. We don't solicit your clients.
Safety
We study what patients fear. We don't collect what happened to them.
Individual side-effect reports are screened out and never recorded.
Timing
5 business days from the final briefing.
